What it is
Pulling tension up and out.
Cupping creates a vacuum on the skin, drawing blood to the surface and lifting the fascia away from underlying tissue. This releases adhesions, improves circulation and activates the body’s own healing response in ways that compression-based massage cannot reach.
Vanna approaches cupping through a somatic lens, supporting not just physical tissue but the nervous system and energy body simultaneously.
Three types available
Dry Cupping
Suction cups placed on the skin to lift fascia, increase blood flow and release surface tension. No incision.
Wet Cupping / Hijama
Small superficial incisions followed by cupping to draw out stagnant blood and toxins. A deeply purifying practice with roots in traditional medicine.
Blood Cupping
A graduated technique drawing more directly on the circulatory system for deeper therapeutic effect.
