Vanna

Vanna is an Intuitive Holistic Therapist, Massage Therapist and Personal Trainer based in Port Adelaide. She has trained extensively in somatic bodywork, lymphatic therapy, cupping and nervous system regulation. Facial lymphatic work is a specialty she developed alongside her body work practice, combining drainage, red light and sculpting techniques.

Before you book

Buccal massage involves gentle manipulation of the muscles inside the mouth, the masseter, buccinator and other facial muscles that cannot be effectively reached externally. It releases jaw tension, improves facial symmetry and deepens the sculpting effect.

Most clients find it unusual for the first minute, then deeply relieving as jaw tension they had not consciously noticed begins to release. Vanna uses gloves throughout and works gently.

Most clients notice visible de-puffing and a lifted appearance immediately after the first session. Results become more defined and longer-lasting over a series of sessions.

For maintenance, every 3–4 weeks. For a targeted pre-event preparation or to address specific concerns, every 2 weeks initially.

Yes. The wavelengths used are non-invasive and have an established body of research behind them. It is safe for all skin types.
